Resetting your password

Forgot your password?  Follow these simple steps to reset it. 

  1. To reset your password, visit https://consumer.vonex.com.au/ and click on ‘Reset Password'
  2. Enter your Vonex Account Number. You will find this on your bill.
  3. Enter the email address and phone number associated with your account.
  4. Set a new password that is at least twelve (12) characters long and contains letters and numbers.
  5. Click the blue ‘Proceed’ button. You will receive an email to confirm that your password has been updated.
