Forgot your password? Follow these simple steps to reset it.
- To reset your password, visit https://consumer.vonex.com.au/ and click on ‘Reset Password'
- Enter your Vonex Account Number. You will find this on your bill.
- Enter the email address and phone number associated with your account.
- Set a new password that is at least twelve (12) characters long and contains letters and numbers.
- Click the blue ‘Proceed’ button. You will receive an email to confirm that your password has been updated.
Note: You will not be able to access the Customer Portal or reset your password until your service/s has been migrated. Please wait for confirmation via email.
