How do I change my payment method?

Log into the ‘MyAccount Portal’.

Select ‘Accounts’ from the left hand menu.

Select ‘Payment’ from the top menu.

You can only change the credit card details. If you have previously provided your direct debit details you will need to contact our accounts team to have this changed/removed. business-accounts@vonex.com.au or 1300 887 899 (Option 3).
