Portal Access

Our development team is busy creating a new customer portal that will allow you to manage your services, this is currently slated to be available to customers by 31st of January 2022 and will give access to Management of your PBX and allow you to make changes to the following: 

  1. Auto attendants ( upload recordings)
  2. Service flag – change business hours
  3. Agent group – change call queue setting i.e. add/remove agents from call queues, change ring durations
  4. Hunt group - –add/remove agents from hunt groups and changes ring durations
  5. Access to call logs
  6. Visibility of devices online
  7. Extension – update extension settings such as redirects, name changes..

In addition, you will be able to register mobile numbers on the  portal and send SMSs out using your mobile number as the ‘from number‘


Post-migration, if you would like to make any changes to your phone system or activate online billing for your Vonex account while this portal is still under construction please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you with all configuration changes and queries of any nature
