You will receive an 'Acceptance' or 'Rejection' notification about 1 business day after you submit the form.
If your request is Accepted, the email will advise you the 'cutover date & time' (that is, when your number will be moved across to Vonex). If you provided your mobile number on the order form, you will also receive an SMS confirming the date & time.
If your request is Rejected, you will receive an email and SMS (if you provided a mobile number on the form) advising that the Number Porting was unsuccessful. Refer to question 'Why was my Number Porting Request rejected?' for more information.
