Can I cancel or reverse the number port?

You can cancel the Number Porting by calling our Team on 1300 731 048:

If you withdraw your porting request up to 24 hours before the port is scheduled to occur (called the 'cutover date'). You will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

If you withdraw your porting request after the cutover date, you will incur a $200 reversal fee.
